***UPDATE***
YAHOO!!! Micah doesn't need surgery! The bow in his bone is straightening out, so no need for a plate to be put in! Micah has a half-cast on which means he can now happily bend his elbow. We were also able to get the waterproof cast as well. Just his luck though... We've had rain and thunder most of the afternoon. Poor kid can't get a break (no pun intended).

Micah will be going back to the Pediatric Orthopedist tomorrow to see if his arm is healing properly. Please pray that surgery will not be required and that the doctor will give the OK to put the half-cast on his arm.

I will pray for him....a friend of mine just had a 'waterproof' cast put on....but THEY had to ask for it. It was a tad bit more she said but worth it....bath and swimming. just a thought. Let us know. :) Positive thoughts coming your way....can you feel them? :)

We are aware of the waterproof cast and it's only $40 more to get it. Not too bad, huh?
